Visiting students???!!!
Exam is coming up very soon, and everyone now seems to be very busy with their revisions. the same goes to me. but now i have more thing to worry about.
i checked my exam timetable this morning, just to make sure on the exam date. to my surprise, i am only registered to sit for one paper, instead of five, for my 1st year qualifying degree. feeling uneasy, i called the academic office to confirm on that, and i was shocked to know that i am registered as a VISITING STUDENT. wow!! visiting student??? how interesting is that. so, which country am i from? france? lithuania? ukraine? damn!!
how inconvenient!!!. while i should only be worrying of my exams, now i have another problem which i have to think of - that i am not registered as a full time student.
i have already checked my student records, which available online, and it clearly says that i am a full time law undergraduate student.shit.
what could have gone wrong then? to make matter worst, now i have to deal with the law department regarding this matter, while the academic office said that they do not want to intervene in this and it is not their fault that they have got the wrong information, as they obtained all information on students from the department. OMG, for heaven sake, i am not looking for someone to blame on this. i just wanna get this thing settled a.s.a.p so that i can study peacefully, without having any worries that i might not actually be able to sit for the exam in the first place.
sigh.
it seems like i am always in the bad luck. previously, my employer at the warwick accomodation unintentionally forgot to register me for tax exemption, resulting me having to pay the basic tax rate, which was at 25 percent!! i took it as an honest mistake, but it is very annoying when it keeps on recurring.
I pray to God that He shall not add more burden on to myself right now. I am already under immense pressure right now, with the exam is just around the corner.
Sigh.

Imagining the future is a kind of nostalgia. (...) You spend your whole life stuck in the labyrinth, thinking about how you'll escape it one day, and how awesome it will be, and imagining that future keeps you going, but you never do it. You just use the future to escape the present.
